Your backstage pass to Sydney's most exciting developments
Not only does this year’s Property Council National Conference offer delegates the chance to hear from some of the property industry’s most influential and inspiring speakers, we’re also giving you a backstage pass to a selection of Sydney’s key commercial projects, with a full day of site tours taking place on Wednesday 25 September.
This year we have combined three epic properties into one exceptional site tour, featuring:
The University of Technology Sydney (UTS)
Opening this August, the UTS campus has been reimagined to support new opportunities for learning, teaching and high-impact research. The decade-long UTS City Campus Master Plan, which began in 2008, is a once-in-a-generation vision to deliver a vibrant and engaging education precinct.
The UTS Campus Master Plan's vision for a series of new buildings, major upgrades and improved pedestrian connections right in the heart of Sydney's southern CBD is now a reality, with the campus transformed into a hub for learning, connection and collaboration.
EY Centre, 200 George Street
The Sydney skyline, redefined. Warm, natural and inviting, this is a new breed of office building - a world away from the cold metallic designs of old. Mirvac’s flagship Sydney commercial development, located near Sydney’s Circular Quay and positioned at the edge of its original water source, the Tank Stream, the EY Centre at 200 George Street honors the uniqueness of its place.
A landmark building designed by architects Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp, 200 George Street embraces innovation and technology to produce a tower form that is organic and responsive, with a timber and clear glass facade.
The property was awarded the SAS International Award for Best Office Development at the Property Council of Australia’s 2018 National Innovation & Excellence Awards.
One of Australia’s largest urban renewal projects spanning 22 hectares along Sydney’s harbour. Lendlease will be taking us through the the southern 7.5 hectares of the site, which is destined to become the greenest and most advanced financial district in Australia. A mixed-use development, it will soon become home to around 1,800 residents and 23,000 office workers and is expected to attract some 18 million visits per year.
See the transformation from a disused container terminal on the edge of Sydney's CBD into a spectacular 22-hectare waterfront precinct. Barangaroo is a dynamic extension of the city, recognisable around the world and set to become a premier commercial hub for the Asia Pacific region.
Spaces are limited to 50 delegates per tour - avoid disappointment and book now.
