Meet our Board
The Property Council New Zealand Transitional National Board was appointed from 1 January 2021, adopting a more ‘corporate style’ of governance in accordance with our new Constitution.
The Transition Board replaces the previous National Council and Executive Committee, streamlining Property Council’s governance structure and allowing a separate Advisory Group (which consists of all Corporate Members and the Chairpeople of each Property Council committee) to concentrate purely on our advocacy priorities and member services, without getting weighed down in operational matters.
As Property Council continues to evolve, the Transition Board will lend their considerable expertise to help govern the organisation. The Board has been selected from the existing National Council and will remain in place until members are formally elected onto this board by Property Council’s wider membership in September 2021, with the next term starting from 1 November 2021. Nominations will open in July.
