  • Stay away if experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, or if someone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19.

Follow all applicable COVID-19 protocols and restrictions based on the current COVID-19 government guidelines.

EVENT CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of your event registration will be sent to each attendee and an invoice/receipt will be sent to the purchaser upon check out. Please note that credit is offered to Property Council New Zealand members only, with non-members required to pay in full upon check out.

Should you no longer be able to attend the event, we invite you to reassign this to a colleague or friend by contacting the Event/Regional Manager in writing with the details of the new attendee. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund will be made provided notification is received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. After this date, no refunds are available. If, for reasons beyond the control of Property Council New Zealand, the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Please note that for all national events and awards, including The Property Conference, Retail Conference/RECON, Green Property Summit, Reset, Residential Development Summit, Property Industry Awards and all Regional Property People Awards, this cancellation date is extended, with refunds only available when at least one months’ notice of cancellation is provided.

Property Council New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises any person at their sole and absolute discretion.

Sometimes tickets or registrations for Property Council events are purchased in advance at member pricing for a future event. If the member organisation chooses to resign its membership or lets its membership lapse before the event takes place, Property Council New Zealand reserves the right to recharge event tickets or registrations at the non-member price. Event confirmation will only occur when the recharged invoice is fully paid. Please note, if the event is at capacity or sold out, members will be given priority confirmation and non-member tickets or registrations may be cancelled and refunded. As regional events are member-only, regional event tickets and registrations will be cancelled and refunded, with the exception of Property People Awards tickets, which will be treated as national event tickets.

We will always strive to deliver the best-case scenario to our members, and we appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate these uncharted waters.

In the occurrence of the event being delivered online, Property Council will refund a percentage of your ticket price based on catering, beverage and on-site costs saved after deductions of committed expenses.

Should an event need to be cancelled due to government restrictions, attendees will be refunded less any expenses already incurred.
