It was with this ethos the Property Council Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) kicked off in 2019 as an exclusive opportunity for Property Council members to enhance industry knowledge through shared experience.
In conjunction with our Programme Partner, JLL, we have built upon the original mentoring programme and crafted a highly personalised year-long leadership development experience for programme participants, featuring:
👉🏻 An immersive in-person Emerging Leaders kick-off in Auckland.
👉🏼 Monthly individual meetings with an experienced industry mentor committed to your success. Emerging Leaders and mentors will be paired for the year to enable a robust and enduring professional relationship.
👉🏽 Three Emerging Leaders ‘lunch and learns’ throughout the year on critical leadership capabilities in today’s property market.
👉🏿 Our online Hono community with self-paced weekly group chats facilitated by Property Council, that focus on self-reflection and clarity regarding professional goals.
👉🏻 Career coaching sessions with Property Council DevelopU leadership at six-month and nine-month intervals.
👉🏼 An opportunity to attend one complimentary Future Directions networking event in Auckland.
👉🏽 The programme culminates in a celebratory wrap-up.
Note: While we strongly encourage in-person participation for the programme kick-off, there will be an opportunity to participate online for the opening session and ‘lunch and learn’ sessions throughout the year.
Our comprehensive programmes are meticulously crafted by industry leaders to hone your leadership capabilities and amplify your industry expertise.
DevelopU provides professional development experiences to increase technical knowledge, leadership capabilities and industry expertise for the New Zealand property industry.
