We have much pleasure in introducing the DevelopU Working Group, who play an influential role in shaping professional development across the property sector.
This group leads the way in crafting meaningful professional growth opportunities through the DevelopU Training Academy – empowering property professionals to advance their careers and lead the industry forward.
The working group’s core purpose is to:
- Identify in-demand training opportunities that address the evolving needs of our industry.
- Promote and champion DevelopU programmes that drive engagement and impact.
- Guide the planning of DevelopU events that deliver valuable insights and networking opportunities to our members.
- Shape continuous improvements based on feedback to keep DevelopU offerings relevant and impactful.
Group members meet monthly to collaborate on current projects, with additional sessions around key events and programs. Each member will serve a one-year term, with the chance to extend your involvement if desired.
