The Advocacy team breaks down what the Fast-track Approval Bill means for you, our members.

The Government released the Fast-track Approvals Bill on 7 March 2024 and is now open to submissions until 19 April 2024. Property Council has drafted a submission, and it is currently being reviewed by our Resource Management System Taskforce.
