Calder Stewart appoints two new Directors

Jasmax appoint Tim Melville as Technical Specialist

Jasmax has announced the appointment of Tim Melville as Technical Specialist, reinforcing the practice’s commitment to design excellence and technical innovation across all architecture and design projects.
With more than 30 years of architectural experience, Melville brings strong business acumen, broad industry knowledge and a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex developments across both the public and private sectors. In his role within Jasmax’s Knowledge & Innovation Team, he will provide technical leadership to project teams across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia, ensuring robust quality assurance and best-practice design, documentation and delivery processes.Â
Colliers strengthens team with new appointments

Apartment and townhouse sales specialist Hayley Sok has joined the Colliers Residential Project Marketing team as a Project Marketing Executive.Â
With over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Sok brings a proven track record of success, having sold some of Auckland’s most well-known developments. In her new role, she will support the sales and marketing of high-quality development projects across the region.

Jarrod Reilly has been promoted to Senior Director of Asset Management at Colliers and will lead the company’s national Real Estate Management Services business.Â
During his 14 years at Colliers Reilly has managed high-profile industrial and commercial assets and worked on major retail developments in Auckland such as Ormiston Town Centre, Takanini Town Centre, and The Boundary.Â

Mike van der Putten has moved to the Colliers Capital Markets team, returning to the division where he began his career with the company in 2010. Â
He brings over a decade of experience in the office leasing sector, where he has built a strong reputation for brokering significant deals with corporate and government clients, including Heartland Bank, Hato Hone St John, and the Ministry of Social Development. Â
