TBIG welcome new Project Director | Otago regional lead
Tracey is highly regarded and well-connected within the local market and goes to TBIG with an exceptional knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
She most recently worked for RCP where she was part of the team managing the Dunedin Hospital Inpatients Building, prior to which she led projects at Otago Polytechnic, MoE and Arrow International.
Outside of work she is a treasurer for the Otago regional chapter of NAWIC.
“As an Otago girl through and through, I’m thrilled to have joined the team at TBIG Otago here in Ōtepoti. This region has always been home to me, and it’s incredibly exciting to now have the opportunity to contribute to its growth and success in a meaningful way. Penny Blue joins Mainland Capital as Asset Manager
Penny is an Asset Manager for Mainland Capital’s commercial property funds. With a particular focus on office, retail and healthcare asset management, Penny is responsible for executing business plans and identifying opportunities to enhance or protect values within our funds, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our tenants.
Penny commenced her career with The Property Group providing consultancy services in land acquisition for public infrastructure works, and later worked for Bayleys Commercial Property Services and Bluestone Property focussing on commercial lease negotiations, managing capital expenditure, and financial forecasting.
Penny holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Valuation and Property Management and a Salespersons License with the REAA.

Rubix promote new Project Manager
Rubix are thrilled to announce the promotion of Ben Turpin, who has been promoted from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager.
