Kelly Bunyan appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Accessible Properties

Hobson Leavy is delighted to announce that Kelly Bunyan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Accessible Properties.

“Kelly has recently served as a Director on the Accessible Properties board and as a member of IHC’s Risk committee. Her understanding of our business, our operations and vision, our people and those we support is advantageous in ensuring a smooth leadership transition, helping maintain the stability and continuity of Accessible Properties services and strategy.” Says Chairman Andy Evans. 

Outside of Accessible Properties, Kelly has held the role of Head of Property New Zealand/Pacific at ANZ Bank. Prior to joining ANZ Kelly has led other large-scale property and infrastructure portfolios as a senior leader and as in-house legal counsel. Kelly is a property and construction lawyer by trade and has a broad practice across all property construction and planning disciplines as well as experience with mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and corporate functions.
