Marc Sacklin joins TBIG Wellington team
Marc Sacklin has joined TBIG’s Wellington team as a Project Manager.
He brings experience across both contractor and client-side project delivery, including seven years with Naylor Love and more recent work in Sydney across education, residential and retail sectors. His background spans both standalone projects and larger development teams, offering a well-rounded perspective on project delivery.
“I am very excited to be joining the team at TBIG,” says Marc. “Having worked for a main contractor in Wellington for several years before moving to Sydney, I always found collaborating with TBIG to be a great experience. I am looking forward to getting involved in upcoming projects and making a meaningful contribution to the team.”

Mahesh Khupse joins Kāinga Maha
Mahesh is thrilled to begin a new role as Development Manager at Kāinga Maha, part of the Home Foundation whānau. The Home Foundation’s mission is to see a world free of homelessness.
Previously with CORT Community Housing to help deliver ACCORT pipeline in partnership with ACC New Zealand, Mahesh helped deliver 104 homes to exceptional quality despite the challenges faced by the industry and another 121 homes under contract for delivery by June 2027. Mahesh sat on Property Council’s 2025 Diversity & Inclusion Committee and contributed as a mentor in the Emerging Leaders Programme for 2025.

TSA Riley welcomes Gemma Phillips as Senior Associate
Gemma brings more than 20 years of experience across procurement, logistics and supply chain management, supporting projects across infrastructure, property, technology and retail sectors. Gemma sees her role as enabling better outcomes – through engaging the right suppliers, establishing strong frameworks and balancing cost, quality, risk and long-term value.
Gemma joins fellow procurement experts Mijo Wilson and Kerryn Little, who joined the TSA Riley in 2025.
