Mike moved from South Africa to Aotearoa New Zealand in 1987 and began his journey as a Quantity Surveyor. 37 years on, Mike continues to make a significant impact on our industry with his dedication and leadership.
From playing cricket to leading in construction, Mike’s journey highlights the importance of teamwork and innovation. He champions collaboration and strives for positive change.

Warren and Mahoney make 15 promotions
Recognising exceptional creativity, expertise, and leadership qualities, Warren and Mahoney are delighted to welcome new senior leaders to the practice.
Our congratulations to Asha Page, Claire Sharpe and Alexandra Hornby who have been promoted to Principal roles, and Te Ari Prendergast and Kathryn Collins who have been promoted to Associate Principal.
In addition, Rory Keegan, Jeremy Joseph, Hannah Thompson, Matt Body, Bridget White, James Kladouris, Paul G. and David Smith have been appointed Senior Associates, and Anton Shaw has been promoted to Associate.
