Wellington promotions at Warren and Mahoney

We’re delighted to congratulate Simon Hardy and Claire Sharpe on their promotions to Wellington Studio Principal and Wellington Studio Head of Design respectively.

“WAM’s Creative Leadership model involves the appointment of a Head of Design and a Studio Principal in a co-leadership model, intended to elevate the presence and visibility of design within the practice in alignment with our strategy,” says WAM Chair Andrew Tu’inukuafe.

“Simon and Claire are both talented leaders and designers, and bringing fresh insight into our leadership teams ensures we remain focussed on the challenges of today and tomorrow. We have every confidence that they will lead the studio to further growth and success, and we’re excited to see Simon and Claire elevated into these roles.

“This follows years of sustained growth and impact by Katherine Skipper and Rodney Sampson. We wish to thank them for their exceptional leadership of the Wellington studio over many years. Both Katherine and Rodney now look forward to dedicating even more time to clients, projects and governance, both locally and across the Warren and Mahoney Group.”

Congratulations Simon and Claire!

BPM appoint Project Manager Dan Woods

Servicing the South Island, Dan is the local Canterbury man with boots on the ground. Based out of Christchurch, he’s married with two young kids and quite the bushman. When he’s not getting (good) sh*t done on site, he’s probably in the great outdoors fishing, boating and camping. He’s a Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry & Site Management, amongst other things!

He comes to BPM with 17+ years under his belt working with big names like Fulton Hogan, Cassidy’s and most recently running his own construction company. You might recognise Dan, as he’s actually been working alongside BPM on various projects since 2017.

Congratulations, Dan!

TBIG promote Wellington Project Manager

Congratulations to Juliet Bonnor from The Building Intelligence Group Wellington team who has been promoted to Project Manager.

Juliet has shown exceptional growth since joining TBIG as an Assistant Project Manager straight out of Victoria University of Wellington’s School of Architecture. “Her strong technical skills and her growth as a project leader have been demonstrated on multiple projects, including her work on St Patrick’s College” says Jeremy Wilson, Project Director.

Juliet is a graduate of TBIG’s MyPath 1 training programme, which gives staff a framework that serves as a roadmap for career development. Juliet says the programme assisted her progression to her new role. “MyPath was a great initiative to keep me on track, and greatly assisted with my progression from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. I can’t wait for the new opportunities and challenges of my new role!”

Ngā mihi on this well-deserved achievement, Juliet!
