JLL promotes Ashleigh Duke to Director, Project and Development Services

Former Emerging Leaders mentee Ashleigh Duke has taken the reins from departing Head Ben Dalton to lead the New Zealand Project and Development Services team at JLL. Ashleigh has been with JLL since 2019 in her role as Senior Project Manager, before which she held a number of project management roles throughout Australasia.

 

Veros appoints two new shareholding partners

Adele Hadfield and Paul Spurdle have joined the leadership team at Veros, building on the depth and unique skill set of the Veros team.

Tanya Syddall announced as Director of Campus Development at the University of Otago

Tanya has extensive experience in the health and education sector. Most recently Tanya has been the Project Director for the university’s largest and most complex project in its history – the University of Otago Christchurch campus redevelopment project. Prior to that, Tanya was the Director of Capital Works for a large multi-campus organisation that included 6 hospitals, health research and education which had a similar asset value, capital programme and master planning challenges to that of the University of Otago. Tanya has also spent 17 years as a consultant project manager with the large global engineering and advisory firm – Aurecon, where she gained experience working on some of the most complex projects in Australasia.

Tanya has a Bachelor of Urban Development (construction management) with 1st class Honours, is a Green Star Accredited Professional, PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, is a member of a sub-committee of the Property Council of NZ.

Tanya commences on the 1st February 2021.
