Jenna Adamson announced as CEO for Rod Drury’s family office (including 0to60)

Congratulations to Property Council Retail Committee member Jenna Adamson on her appointment to CEO of Rod Drury’s family office. As CEO of one of Australasia’s largest and most diverse private family offices, Jenna manages a comprehensive portfolio that includes property development, venture capital investments, philanthropic initiatives and technology ventures.  
 
With over 15 years as a property lawyer and a deep understanding of PropTech, Jenna has been at the forefront of transforming the property sector across Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise in both law and emerging tech uniquely positions her to drive efficiencies, enhance decision-making, and unlock new opportunities in real estate through AI-driven solutions. 

Jenna is a former Partner & AI Lead at  leading New Zealand law firm – Wynn Williams – specialising in commercial and property law with a focus on property developments, portfolio management, leasing, sales and acquisitions and technology (including AI).

Helen Ronald appointed as National Retail Assets Manager at Kiwi Property!

Kiwi Property are thrilled to have appointed one of their own, Helen Ronald, to the position of National Retail Assets Manager. Helen brings to the role more than a decade of shopping centre management on both sides of the Tasman, including the past six years with Kiwi Property leading the Sylvia Park team. Helen began as Sylvia Park’s Asset Manager before progressing to Sylvia Park Precinct Manager, overseeing the largest mixed-use precinct in Auckland.  
 
With deep expertise in both retail and property, Helen will play a key role in enhancing their portfolio, supporting our retailers, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders. Newly appointed Property Council retail committee member Helen Ronald is now the National Retail Assets Manager at Kiwi Property.

Erxin Shang appointed Principal at Pacific Environments

Project Directors promoted at The Building Intelligence Group

Congratulations to Darragh O`Connor MNZIQS who has been promoted to Project Director.

Since starting with TBIG three years ago, Darragh has proved to be a vital asset to the Engineer to Contract service line, expertly managing multiple projects in the roles of Engineer to Contract and Engineer’s Representative. 

“His exceptional contract management skills have consistently driven success across teams and initiatives, beyond which Darragh has played a vital role in shaping the culture of the office, fostering collaboration, and strengthening relationships with clients through his professionalism and dedication”, says Charles Brown, Project Director | Contract Management Lead.

Dasha Kovalenko-Gormack joins Lowndes Jordan as Senior Associate

Lowndes Jordan is pleased to announce that Dasha Kovalenko-Gormack has joined the team as a Senior Associate.  
 
Dasha is an experienced senior lawyer who provides clients with logical and concise legal advice across the areas of property, private client, and commercial law. Through her in-house legal experience in an international health group and one of New Zealand’s largest sporting organisations, she can identify legal problems for her clients quickly, as well as which area of law these problems relate to. Dasha also understands that client’s decisions may be influenced by the wider business as well as branding and optics and not just law, and from time to time, solutions to client’s problems may not just have to be legal, but also creative.
