TBB promotes Paige Lane and welcomes Kelly Barnard
TBB are pleased to announce the promotion of Paige Lane to the position of Associate.
After returning from London last year, Paige has demonstrated her continued commitment to provide exceptional service to clients and exemplary leadership within the team. Paige has an evolving practice focusing on complex transactions, leasing, construction and land development for a range of domestic and international clients.
We are delighted to congratulate Paige on her promotion, and we look forward to her continued growth and success as an emerging leader at TBB.
TBB is pleased to introduce our new Head of Projects, Kelly Barnard. Kelly is a Senior Registered Legal Executive with over 20 years’ experience in small, medium and large law firms.
Kelly, along with TBB’s dedicated projects team, is responsible for acting for some of Auckland’s highly regarded property developers on a diverse range of green-fields, fee simple and unit title developments (residential, commercial and industrial) from the due diligence stage through to acquisition, financing, sell-down and settlements.

Jun Tsujimoto named Head of Design
Jasmax are pleased to announce that Principal and Senior Architect Jun Tsujimoto has been named Head of Design.
Jun brings a wealth of expertise to this role as a highly accomplished architect with extensive design experience across projects of varying scale, typology and complexity in Aotearoa New Zealand and Japan, delivering innovative spaces that resonate with place. In his role of Head of Design, he will continue to provide design leadership through the practice’s Design Excellence process. Alongside Shannon Joe, he will collaborate with project teams to ideate, test, evaluate and refine all designs produced by Jasmax.
Throughout his tenure at Jasmax, Jun has contributed to the design of many ground-breaking tertiary education and culturally significant projects, including the recently completed B201 for the University of Auckland – one of the country’s most sustainable developments and a world-leading exemplar of low carbon design. Jun also has extensive experience working collaboratively with communities and mana whenua to integrate cultural narratives into designs.

Greenwood Roche are very proud to announce that Kurt McRedmond has been promoted to Principal.
Kurt re-joined Greenwood Roche in 2020 after spending three years practising in the real estate capital markets team of a leading firm in Sydney.
Kurt is primarily based in Wellington and has a broad real estate practice covering acquisitions and disposals, complex development, commercial leasing, property finance and structuring – supporting both private sector and government clients. Kurt is known for his commitment to achieving successful outcomes for his clients, strong work-ethic and delivering straight-forward and practical advice.
