Meet Rosaria Marsh

2024 Emerging Leader and Commercial Property Manager, Oakwood Properties

The Emerging Leaders Programme has been a transformative experience for me. It provided not only valuable industry knowledge but also the opportunity to build a strong and supportive connection with my mentor, Jenna. Through her guidance, I’ve found my voice and developed greater confidence in my day-to-day role. The programme has helped me sharpen my leadership skills and approach challenges with a new perspective, making a significant impact on both my personal and professional growth.”

Meet Matt Voice

2024 Emerging Leader and Project Manager, Verve Projects

The Emerging leader’s programme connected me with an incredible mentor and group of peers in the property and construction industry. I was able to learn more than I ever expected to from the experience. We built a real friendship through the mentoring programme and I still catch up with my mentor every month, even after the programme has ended. Our cohort of Emerging Leaders all still stay in contact and catch up to discuss industry trends and our careers on a quarterly basis.”

The Emerging Leaders programme is a dynamic experience that combines proven leadership strategies with mentorship from experienced industry professionals, empowering mentees to grow and excel in their careers.

The programme offers 12 months of mentoring, kicking off with an in-person training day, a complimentary registration to a half-day Critical Skills in Leadership Course run by DevelopU, monthly individual meetings with your mentor and three interactive ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions.
