Awards nominees announced: meet the top 109 projects of 2021!

It is with much pleasure that we announce the nominees for the 2021 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards.

This year we are delighted to welcome 109 projects to the awards family, with representation from Stewart Island in the South to Auckland in the North, and everywhere in between.

The finalists are a varied mix of commercial, residential, retail, and industrial property with one thing in common; they are human-centric designs that provide unique spaces for New Zealanders to live, work, play and shop.

Congratulations to all those involved in these exceptional projects.
