Please join us for our inaugural Queenstown Market Outlook panel discussion which will focus on the latest economic predictions and will explore their impact on the region’s commercial property market.  Primary topics to be addressed:

Jim Boult, Mayor of Queenstown Lakes District Council, will speak on how he sees Central Otago’s future, drawing from his extensive business background that includes (but not limited to) construction, aviation, tourism, financial services and property.

 Andrew Weastell, Regional Manager Property Finance with ANZ, will speak from a corporate and commercial banking perspective, focussing on property development and investment funding.
 Mary-Jo Hudson, Commercial Broker with Colliers International, will speak from her vast experience of commercial property sales in Central Otago providing an insight of current market trends with reference to recent notable sales, land availability, development and rent growth.
 Paul Anderson, Chief Executive Officer with NZSki Limited, will draw from his strong finance and commercial background, having held senior roles in the private, public and local government sectors throughout New Zealand, London, New York and Tokyo.
