Introduction Course 01

This course is designed for those who are planning to join or have recently joined the retail property industry. This one-day introductory course will be informative and practical and provide attendees with an overall understanding of how the retail property sector operates. It will introduce you to the key drivers and how these apply and influence market conditions and other property outcomes, on a macro level in the retail property industry.

The aim of this course is to develop and better understand core business aspects of the retail property industry. This knowledge will help understand the role of retail property within a community and in the practical world, demonstrate the importance of management, leasing and marketing functions to appreciate how they contribute to a successful retail property asset.This course is designed for those who are planning to join or have recently joined the retail property industry.
