A special opportunity to get the latest progress update from the project team on one of our city’s landmark projects – the Christ Church Cathedral.

Hear from those deeply involved in managing and delivering this exceptional once-in-a-lifetime project - Naylor Love and Christ Church Cathedral Reinstatement Ltd.  Get all the inside info and have your questions answered. 

Then, take a short guided site perimeter walkabout with the project team (weather permitting). Afterwards, join your property colleagues at The Permit Room to kick-start the festive season with drinks and nibbles.

The update includes:

  • Presentations from project team leaders Naylor Love and Christ Church Cathedral Reinstatement Ltd (CCRL)
  • A project update including the recently released design concepts
  • Fascinating insights into the innovations, discoveries and insurance challenges of the site
  • A short guided perimeter walkabout of the site
  • Drinks and nibbles at The Permit Room.

A note about COVID
In these changing times, a live event is a rare and precious thing. While we will do everything in our power to bring this event to you as a face-to-face experience, should the situation change and restrictions on event numbers fluctuate due to government restrictions, we may be forced to take this event online or change the format. Of course, you'll still be getting the same great content, just in a different format. Please ensure you have read and understood the event terms and conditions and bear with us as we play the hand we are dealt over the coming months. We will always strive to deliver the best-case scenario to our members, and we appreciate your support and understanding with any adaption we may have to undertake to achieve that.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to each attendee and an invoice/receipt will be sent to the purchaser upon check out. Please note that credit is offered to Property Council New Zealand members only, with non-members required to pay in full upon check out via credit card or POLi direct bank transfer.

Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person by notifying the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund will be made providing notification is received in writing at least one week prior to the event (please note that this may not be applicable for national events or Awards functions). After this date, no refunds are available. If, for reasons beyond the control of Property Council New Zealand, the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Property Council New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises any person at their sole and absolute discretion. Property Council New Zealand is intent on creating quality events within safe and respectful environments for all attendees to share knowledge, express their thoughts and opinions and network. Please note that many of our events have a photographer or videographer present who will be capturing the event. These images and videos may be used on our website, shared on social media and printed in our promotional collateral.
