Dale Clareburt

‎Co-Founder and CCO, Weirdly

Dale's career started in recruitment, before moving towards operations and business development in the same field. Finding that there was a gap in the market, Dale and her co-founders developed Weirdly - a recruitment app based around the concept of 'a better company culture'. Weirdly provides both a faster and more fun recruitment process, while giving candidates a taste of company culture, before they’ve even applied.

Jessie Jarvie

Founder and Director, The Baby Bag

In a past life, Jessie was a corporate lawyer. Today, she is mum to two boisterous little boys, and founder of The Baby Bag.

When she and her husband started their own busy little family, they were suprised at the lack of infrastructure that existed to support parents like them. Baby supplies were required with such high frequency by families that typically had very little flexibility in their daily routines. Armed with the determination to revolutionize parenting as they knew it, they launched The Baby Bag.

Megan Hutchison

Editor, @shesaidyes and Creator, @littlewhitebooks

While working as a corporate lawyer, Megan began @shesaidyes as a blog, and last year identified a gap in the market which she sought to fill with her own line of organisers and journals. Following the launch of the first book in July last year, Megan took the leap of faith to pursue the blog and the books as her full time job in November, launched a second book in July this year. In August, Megan was recognised as one of the Top 5 NZ Influencers in the category of Business and Entrepreneurship by Miss FQ.
