Emerging Leaders Programme launching next week!

Become the leader you strive to be with our property-specific mentoring programme.

The Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) equips rising property professionals with proven leadership strategies and mentorship from seasoned industry professionals, empowering the next generation of property leaders to grow and excel in their careers.

Applications for the 2025 Emerging Leaders Programme open on 30 January.

Now in its 7th year, the Property Council Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) is an exclusive opportunity for Property Council members to strengthen their industry knowledge through collaboration and shared experiences.

The programme includes:
  • An immersive in-person Emerging Leaders kick-off event in Auckland in April.
  • One-on-one mentoring with an experienced industry leader throughout the year
  • Three interactive ‘lunch and learn’ sessions focused on essential leadership skills in today’s property market.

With an extensive matching process, Emerging Leaders are meticulously paired with a Mentor to foster meaningful and enduring relationships. By no means is this a one-way street, as many Mentors report learning new ideas, fresh ways of thinking and valuable insights.
