Passing the Green Property Summit baton

As part of Property Council’s 2022-25 Strategic Plan, we recently conducted an overhaul of our Event Strategy. The purpose of the review was to ensure greater consistency across our event offerings and better align both our national and regional events with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Upon review, it was decided the time had come to allow the Green Property Summit – which has been run in tandem with the New Zealand Green Building Council since 2009 – to return to it’s roots and be managed solely under the NZ Green Building Council banner.

With Property Council’s focus less on just sustainability and green building, we will be moving forward by making the Reset conference (formerly known as Offset | Reset) an annual event that covers all manner of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics. This broader, more holistic view has been commonly requested by members and is supported by the National Board.

We wish to thank the NZ Green Building Council for partnering with us over the years and wish them every success with the next event.
