Watch: Supercharging Build to Rent

Advocacy in a Minute | Introducing buildtorentnz.co.nz

Keen readers will be aware that Property Council has been advocating for further support of Build to Rent developments for several years as one lever in solving New Zealand’s housing crisis.

Today, that work steps up a notch with the launch of a dedicated Build to Rent website.

The Build to Rent hub is the brainchild of Property Council’s BTR Taskforce, a dedicated collective of members who wanted to create an online public-facing space where anyone can come for information and resources on Build to Rent in Aotearoa.

A truly unique initiative thanks to the willingness of our Taskforce to share ideas, content and data, we look forward to seeing this platform grow and develop over the coming months and years.
