Build to Rent Legislation passed

Sustained advocacy efforts really do pay off! Build to Rent legislation has passed in Parliament and this new type of rental for Kiwis has passed another hurdle.

In this week’s #advocacyinaminute video, Denise Lee explains the wins, what’s next, and how you can join our BTR task force.

We’re meeting with Minister Woods and team in May to discuss changes to the Overseas Investment Act and Depreciation, and the National party announced at our recent Residential Summit they will move on those two things quickly should they be elected.

Your help and guidance are what we need for what happens next, so consider joining our Build to Rent taskforce. We’d love to have you on board for the ride!

To join please contact Denise Lee.
