Barker & Associates welcome Michael Kibblewhite

Michael has joined the Auckland Urban Design team at Barker & Associates, bringing valuable experience in urban design and masterplanning across both the public and private sectors.

His collaborative approach to urban design has helped to deliver well-resolved, practical design outcomes on a wide range of residential and community-focused developments across Auckland and New Zealand.

Senior property lawyer joins Anthony Harper

Justin Maloney has joined Anthony Harper as a special counsel in its Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland property team. Maloney is a projects and real estate specialist with particular expertise advising on a wide range of commercial property developments and transactions. He has significant experience acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters.

Colliers Project Leaders announces leadership change

Effective 1 May, Todd Jones will become Managing Director for Colliers Project Leaders and Andrew Bowden will move into a new role as National Director – Project Leaders. 

Current Managing Director Nigel Cooper will be leaving Colliers Project Leaders as he is relocating offshore to pursue new opportunities. Nigel has been an integral part of the organisation for 19 years and they wish him all the best for the future.

Veros welcome two new faces in the team

Veros are excited to welcome Mitika C. and Tegan Smythe to the Veros Tauranga office this month. Mitika comes from Foster Construction, where she worked across live, complex projects. She brings strong experience in keeping delivery aligned under pressure, along with practical sustainability knowledge across Green Star and Homestar.

Tegan joins the Development Management team with experience across residential developments, from housing projects through to large-scale masterplanned communities. She brings a calm, organised approach and a strong focus on keeping projects moving.
