Why this matters to our members
Property Council advocates for the creation and retention of a well-designed, functional and sustainable built environment. The direction set out in this year’s Long-Term Plan will help shape property-related outcomes across the Rotorua Lakes District.
Our view
Overall, the Property Council broadly supported the proposed direction of the Long-Term Plan. We provided comments on matters such as alternative funding/financing and development contributions, aquatic centre upgrades and inner-city improvements.
