Property Council believes that scenarios C and D deliver the most benefits for Wellington, with slightly more favour to scenario D. Both options cater for projected growth, have the potential to unlock the city’s economy and align with economic development projects currently planned for the city. The benefits of both scenarios C and D are likely to last 20-30 years, well beyond the construction phase, before further big projects are needed.
