Congratulations to Property Council National Board member Caroline McDowall for her promotion to Chief Housing Delivery Officer at Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities.
Caroline has 25 years of experience in commercial property banking, finance, project management, and development across the private and public sectors. Before becoming Chief Housing Delivery Officer at Kāinga Ora, she held a range of senior leadership roles and developed a reputation for connecting public and private sector partners to deliver complex projects.
Anthony Harper appoints Cecil Hanafin as Partner
Anthony Harper is delighted to welcome Cecil Hanafin as a partner in the litigation team.
Based in Ōtautahi, Cecil brings almost 20 years’ experience across commercial litigation, insolvency, governance and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, and relationship property matters.
Cecil joins after five years as a barrister at Canterbury Chambers and will work alongside teams across the firm to support clients throughout Aotearoa.
