TSA welcomes David Jones as senior associate in Wellington

Growing up in Wolverhampton, once the heart of UK industry, David Jones witnessed the impact of the city’s deindustrialisation on the local community. The experience drove him to build a career regenerating and transforming spaces and places. Now, with over 20 years’ industry experience, David joins TSA’s Te Whanganui-a-tara Wellington Advisory team as Senior Associate.

A seasoned player in the advisory space, David has been recognised by the National Enterprise Network UK, The Sunday Times ‘Maserati 100’, and the Property Council New Zealand for his leadership in property, economic, and urban development. As accomplished as he is passionate, he has an MBA, Business Case Practitioner certification, and memberships with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

David’s accolades reflect his dedication to offering clients informed and indispensable advisory services to successfully transform and revive their assets. When he isn’t helping others achieve their project goals, he spends time with his family, exploring new places, and (when he can find the time) playing his favourite sport, hockey.
