Grant Austin promoted to Principal/Technical Director at Beca

Congratulations to Grant Austin on his promotion to Principal/Technical Director at Beca. Grant’s journey with Beca has been shaped by strong technical expertise, leadership across complex asset valuation projects, and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients. Over the years, he has worked across a diverse range of assets and locations throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands, bringing valuable perspective, collaboration and adaptability to every project.

In his new role, Grant will continue to build capability within the team, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the evolving role of valuation across the industry.

Dimitar brings over ten years of experience across commercial and residential projects, combining strong technical delivery with a deep understanding of planning and buildability. He is known for producing clear, well-coordinated documentation and delivering practical, high-quality design solutions.

Jordan Eustice, Architectural Graduate
Jordan is an emerging designer with experience in residential and retail projects, supported by a solid understanding of consent documentation and the NZ Building Code. She brings a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a growing focus on thoughtful, people-centred design.
