Leadership Updates for JLL’s Project & Development Services Team

Congratulations to Sarah Bryant and Aimee Baker on their recent appointments within JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) business.

Sarah Bryant has been appointed to lead Project and Development Services in New Zealand. Since joining in February 2025 as Strategy, Design and Delivery Lead, she has played a key role during a period of strong growth for the business, bringing deep expertise across technical projects, data centres and commercial offices.

At the same time, former NZ PDS Lead Aimee Baker has been promoted to Head of Sustainability for JLL’s Asia Pacific PDS business. In her new role, she will drive sustainability integration across the region as clients move into significant decarbonisation phases.

JLL’s PDS team offers comprehensive capabilities spanning Workplace Strategy, Design, Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Sustainability and Change Management. 

Congratulations to both Sarah and Aimee on these well-deserved achievements.

Anna Kennedy appointed Director Valuation and Advisory Services at FordBaker Valuation

FordBaker Valuation are proud to announce that Anna Kennedy has joined as a Director of Valuation and Advisory Services. Anna brings a decade of commercial property valuation experience, joining FordBaker’s long established independent Christchurch practice. Founded in 1988 through the merger of two of the city’s oldest valuation firms, FordBaker now comprises a team of twenty-one valuers providing specialist commercial, residential, and land development valuation and advisory services across Canterbury.

Anna joins as part of FordBaker’s next generation – Congratulations Anna.

Will Brown appointed Regional Manager North Island for Leighs Construction

Will Brown brings a strong track record to Leighs Construction, leading large-scale commercial construction and development projects across New Zealand, and will take responsibility for North Island delivery, regional performance, and building trusted relationships across clients and industry partners.

A key executive appointment that further strengthens Leighs’ North Island leadership capability and long-term presence. Congratulations Will!

Fiona Cameron appointed Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

After joining Oceania as General Manager Sales in July 2024, Fiona Cameron has recently been promoted to Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, reflecting her impact and leadership across the business.  Fiona will now lead Oceania’s sales and marketing functions with a focus on strengthening capability, optimising revenue performance and creating strong alignment across the customer journey in support of Oceania’s purpose-led approach.

Colliers bolsters capability with three appointments

Kieran Hindley

Associate Lead Building Surveyor Kieran Hindley has joined Colliers as part of the Project Leaders team, based in the Auckland CBD office.

Kieran brings eight years of industry experience to the role, and his passion for innovation and alongside a diverse skill set will be key to supporting the continued growth of the team’s market‑leading service offerings.

Will Bason

The Colliers Investment Sales team has bolstered its brokerage capability with the progression of Will Bason who is stepping into a sales and leasing role.

Will brings cross‑team business experience to the position, having started as a Valuation Assistant before working as the Investment Sales Team Assistant. He will focus on East Tāmaki, Manukau, Takanini, and Papakura alongside other surrounding South Auckland suburbs.

James Botica

After four years with Colliers, James Botica has stepped into a brokerage role in the West Auckland team.

Having previously worked as a Research Assistant and Executive Assistant, James brings a strong understanding of the commercial property market, supported by hands-on experience in research, reporting, and supporting transactions.
