Senior property lawyer joins Anthony Harper

Jessica Belgrave has joined Anthony Harper as a Senior Associate in its Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland office. 

With a primary focus on property law, including property developments and sales and leasing transactions, Belgrave draws on her broad corporate and commercial experience to provide well-rounded pragmatic advice for clients. She joins Anthony Harper after seven years at a Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland legal practice.

Partner Alistair Law says Belgrave’s knowledge and experience in property law, along with her strong corporate and commercial background, will be beneficial for the firm’s clients.

Colliers strengthens its Residential Project Marketing and Retail Leasing teams
Thomas McAlister – National Director, Residential Project Marketing (Auckland) 

Thomas McAlister has joined the Colliers Residential Project Marketing team as its new National Director, bringing international residential project sales expertise and client-side development knowledge to the role. 

McAlister arrives at Colliers having spent seven years working for a prominent Auckland-based developer. He has previous internal experience working with a number of the world’s highest-profile developers on a wide variety of projects, including luxury residential towers and large-scale urban regeneration projects. 

Kate Smith – Retail Leasing Executive (Christchurch)

Meanwhile, highly experienced marketing and leasing professional Kate Smith has joined Colliers as a Retail Leasing Executive in Christchurch. 

Originally from Christchurch, Smith spent 20 years away through a combination of studying in Dunedin before working and living in Australia, London, and Auckland. Her professional career has spanned a broad range of organisations from media houses in London to DB Breweries and Asahi in Auckland.

She will focus on leasing space within the assets that are managed and being developed or redeveloped by the Colliers Real Estate Management Services team.
