Precinct appoint Louise Rooney to executive team

Since joining Precinct in 2021, Louise has been instrumental in delivering key transactions including the acquisition and future development of Downtown car park, the sale of the Intercontinental Auckland, and the advancement of Precinct’s capital partnership strategy. Louise has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, unwavering professionalism, and strategic insight, contributing significantly to the successful execution of these large-scale transactions.

TSA Riley welcome David Wilkie as Executive Director, Market Growth

TSA Riley is pleased to announce David Wilkie’s return to New Zealand where he has stepped into the role of Executive Director, Market Growth. David has spent the past 15 months in Sydney as Regional General Manager where he has been leading the business’ largest region.
David brings over 26 years of experience in a wide range of public and private sector projects. He has a strong interest in building productivity in the construction sector through the use of appropriate procurement, contracts and standardised design. He has led large teams on projects of national significance (in particular in health, education, civic infrastructure and aviation) and represented council-owned entities on high profile developments.
In his new role, David will be focusing his attention on promoting construction productivity improvement. He will be working in a hands-on capacity with public and private sector clients to enhance delivery through efficient design, procurement, and contract administration practices.
TBIG are excited to welcome Sean O'Callahan as a project manager

TBIG’s presence in the Central Otago market continues to grow, with Sean joining the local team led by Central Otago Lead Matt Cowen in the Queenstown office.
Sean comes to TBIG after working client-side in Wellington, where he gained experience on projects for Wellington City Council, the NZ Police and Precinct Properties. Prior to this, Sean honed his skills at Watts & Hughes after finishing his Building Science degree at Victoria University.
He has worked in both client and contractor roles across public and private sectors, building up well-rounded knowledge in construction and design through a mix of commercial and residential projects.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to join the TBIG team down in Queenstown” says Sean. “Working at TBIG has been on my radar since university, and the team have been very welcoming prior to and upon my arrival. I hope to provide good value to the region’s growth and aspirations with my prior experience in main contractor & client-side PM roles in Wellington, whilst fostering lasting partnerships with key clients, consultants, and contractors in the region.”
