Nick Wright joins as TBIG as Project Director

Nick brings over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with a strong trade and site background that shapes his practical, solutions‑focused approach to project delivery. He’s held senior roles and led projects across education, commercial, fitout, retail and public sector environments and is well regarded for his technical judgement and collaborative leadership.

Nick brings a clear focus on building high‑performing teams, identifying risk early, and delivering great outcomes through trusted relationships and clear communication.

“I started my career working onsite for a main contractor, where teams felt like a tightknit family – working hard, celebrating wins together, and having robust, honest discussions about how to do things better,” says Nick. “Those experiences formed some of my strongest professional relationships and delivered exceptional results through lean, committed and passionate teams. TBIG already has that same close, high-trust culture, which really resonates with me and is a big reason I’m excited to be here.”

Congratulations Nick!
