Kiwi Property appoints new CFO
Kiwi Property are excited to introduce Sarah Theodore, who has joined the team as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience spanning banking, infrastructure, property and retirement living across New Zealand and Australia. Most recently Deputy CFO at NZX/ASX dual-listed Summerset Group Holdings, her career includes senior leadership roles at Transpower New Zealand and Macquarie Group.

Buddle Findlay strengthens Auckland Property team
Buddle Findlay has strengthened its Auckland Property team with the appointment of Chris Green as Special Counsel and Man Sum Chiu as Senior Associate.
Chris joins the firm with in-house General Counsel experience at one of New Zealand’s largest listed property companies, bringing strong commercial insight, extensive sector experience and trusted judgement. Man Sum adds decades of property law expertise gained at another top-tier law firm, further enhancing the team’s depth and capability.
The appointments reinforce Buddle Findlay’s commitment to providing market-leading advice across the property sector. With three partners leading the Auckland Property practice, the team offers significant senior expertise backed by a talented group of specialist lawyers.
These additions reflect the firm’s continued investment in growing its property practice and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Cottee Parker reinforces leadership across Australia and New Zealand
Cottee Parker is strengthening its leadership team with three internal promotions and a key strategic appointment, reflecting the practice’s continued growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Adam Pope has been promoted to Director, recognising his leadership in the residential sector and his ability to combine architectural expertise with client-side development experience. Bojana Hynes and Ben Madden have been appointed Principals. Based in Auckland, Bojana has played a pivotal role in growing the New Zealand business, while Ben’s experience across retail, civic, aviation and mixed-use projects continues to strengthen the practice’s diverse national portfolio.
The practice has also welcomed Nic MacCormac as Principal and Perth Studio Leader. With more than 25 years’ experience across residential, commercial, defence, transport and education, Nic further enhances Cottee Parker’s national capability.
Together, these appointments reflect the success of the practice’s Elevate leadership programme and its ongoing investment in developing future leaders.
