Kiwi Property appoint new CFO
Kiwi Property are excited to introduce Sarah Theodore, who has joined the team as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience spanning banking, infrastructure, property and retirement living across New Zealand and Australia. Most recently Deputy CFO at NZX/ASX dual-listed Summerset Group Holdings, her career includes senior leadership roles at Transpower New Zealand and Macquarie Group.

Blake Morgan joins Livingstone Building NZ
Blake Morgan has recently joined as the General Manager Operations of Livingstone Building NZ.
In this role he will be responsible for leading Livingstone Building’s operational performance across all regions alongside their preconstruction and design teams.Â
