Leadership appointments at Inovo

Inovo is pleased to announce two new leadership positions, reflecting the company’s continued growth and capability.

Jody Jubber has been appointed Associate. Her leadership, expertise, and proven capability has made her an invaluable member of the Inovo team.

Alice Fruean has been appointed National Manager – Project Planning and Controls. This appointment reflects Inovo’s expanding capability in project planning, programming, digital planning, and schedule assurance.

Inovo congratulates Jody and Alice on their well-deserved appointments and looks forward to their continued contribution to the business. 

Spaceworks appoint Commercial Director, Jana Stringer

Spaceworks is pleased to announce the appointment of Jana Stringer as Commercial Director at Spaceworks Interior Architecture.

Jana has been part of the leadership team for the past year, and this appointment reflects both the level she is already operating at and the strategic direction Spaceworks is heading.

The Commercial Director role is about far more than numbers — it’s about judgement, relationships, and leadership; knowing when to push forward and when to hold the line.

This is a well-earned step forward in Jana’s journey with Spaceworks, and a reflection of her contribution to the business to date.

Colliers appointments and promotions

Colliers has announced a series of new appointments and senior promotions across its New Zealand business, strengthening capability across brokerage, leadership, and professional services.

In Pukekohe, Simon Edge has joined the team to further enhance its commercial brokerage offering. With experience spanning residential property sales in New Zealand and South Africa, as well as property and facilities management, Simon will focus on the Pukekohe, Drury, Karaka, and Waiuku markets.

On the North Shore, Paddy Mackenzie has returned to Colliers as a Broker following time overseas in the property industry. He will focus on industrial sales and leasing as part of the award-winning North Shore team.

Colliers has also confirmed three senior leadership promotions. Richard Kirke has been appointed Managing Director of Agency, where he will lead agency product lines alongside his ongoing Capital Markets role. Mark Williams steps into the role of Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Professional Services, driving growth across the professional services business. Nicola Mercer has been appointed Director of Executive Operations and Engagement, leading the Auckland CBD office while overseeing operational delivery, engagement strategy, and key organisational initiatives.

Ellis Gould appoints Alex Devine as Partner

Ellis Gould is delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Devine as Partner, strengthening the firm’s leading resource management practice.

Alex is an environmental and planning law specialist who assists clients with private plan changes, designations, resource consents and fast track approvals for complex projects nationwide. Her recent work includes securing fast track consents for major urban and residential developments, achieving favourable mitigation and compensation outcomes for clients affected by designations, working with clients on district plan reviews, and securing private plan changes for significant development proposals.
