Global engineering and infrastructure advisory company Aurecon announced the appointment of Managing Director Australia and New Zealand William Cox as its new Global Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation’s rapid growth and continuing diversification across Digital, Advisory and Asia.

Effective from 1 February 2019, William will be based in Sydney. His appointment marks the end of current Aurecon CEO Giam Swiegers’ successful fixed four-year term, which saw the company more than double its profits since 2015.

As Aurecon Managing Director – Australia and New Zealand, William has a proven track record in building a financially successful, high performance culture with strong client engagement. William is a civil engineer with over 30 years’ experience in transport, aviation and infrastructure across Australia and the UK.


Colliers International has appointed Joanna Hollander as Asset Manager in their Christchurch office.

Joanna rejoins the Colliers team after spending the past 13 years as a property manager across the New Zealand retail and commercial sector.

 

 


The Board of Argosy Property Limited has appointed Chris Gudgeon as an independent Director of the Company with effect from 14 November 2018.

Chris has been involved in property, investment, development and construction in New Zealand for more than 25 years. He was previously Chief Executive of Kiwi Property Group and is a past president of Property Council New Zealand.

 


Harcourts International has named Rob Forde as Chief Operating Officer International. Mr Forde will be responsible for leading operations and driving growth in six Harcourts territories – USA, China, Hong Kong, Canada, South Africa and Indonesia – as well as taking responsibility for Harcourts’ financial services business, Mortgage Express.

Mr Forde takes on this new role and joins the international leadership team, with tertiary qualifications in Business/International Business and leadership experience with Harcourts in both Australia and the US. Since 2015, Mr Forde has been based in the US as Regional Director of Harcourts Pacific; California, Nevada and Hawaii.


Veros Property Services continues to grow, appointing Tomas Vienazindis as Senior Project Manager.

Based in the Hamilton Office, Tomas is highly motivated, talented and ambitious property construction professional with can-do attitude who takes pride in working to the highest standards.
