Auckland Update

One of the things I love about Property Council is that it is not just a single group within the property industry, it is a collection of people representing all parts of the property ecosystem.

Property owners and developers rub shoulders with local authorities and consultants. Working group participants have conversations with Ministers and officials, not just to advocate for our industry, but to educate on our industry.

It is a broad church, and that is our superpower.

The purpose of this update is to give you a snapshot of what we’ve achieved both as an organisation and as a local committee, as well as casting our eye forward to the avalanche of legislation and change that is coming our way.

As always, we welcome your feedback, engagement and ideas as we work together to shape a city that Aucklanders can be proud of.

In the meantime, stay safe and look after your team, yourself and your families over the coming weeks.
