2025 Workplace Wellness Survey now open

The seventh biennial Southern Cross – BusinessNZ Workplace Wellness Survey is now open.

The survey is used to consider the scale of absenteeism in New Zealand, how much employers are doing to assist employees with health and wellness, and where, if any, there are gaps.  Both private and public sector entities will be taking part.

The 2025 survey will also examine the ongoing development of working from home/remotely, as well as the effects of difficult economic conditions on workplace wellness.  Tough economic times can have flow-on effects for staff, including increased stress, job insecurity, and reduced resources, negatively impacting employee morale, productivity, and mental health. This can result in an overall decline in workplace wellness.

The survey takes 20 minutes, and your responses will be kept strictly confidential. The survey closes on 30 May.

Please note: To enter the draw for a $500 wellness package, enter your respondent identifier code in Question 1:  PCNZ-Your Name
