The Property Council Emerging Leaders Programme, produced in partnership with JLL, is an exclusive member-only opportunity for industry-specific mentoring and guidance. The matching process is extensive, with the team working through the specific outcomes desired by both mentees and mentors to ensure all pairs have the greatest chance of success.
With only 15 spaces for both mentors and mentees, often placement on the programme comes down to finding an appropriate match. We certainly had many deserving candidates who sadly missed out this time around and welcome them to reapply next year as you never know when a match might pop up.
