Site Tour
Waitohi, Johnsonville Library
34 Moorefield Road
Johnsonville, Wellington 6440
New Zealand

On the heels of its brand new opening in December 2019, come visit this community hub for Johnsonville that will join together a new library, Keith Spry pool, Whānau Manaaki kindergarten and a new café, Common Ground.

These facilities will be linked to the existing Johnsonville Community Centre and the Memorial Park. Waitohi will be the vibrant heart of Wellington's northern suburbs and a place for people to come together- Te Manawa o te Raki.

In addition to the tour, our panel will talk to the collaboration and operations model behind the hub, how it fits into the Northern Library network and the design and technical challenges of the construction.
