Property Council New Zealand's South Island Branch are proud to present the 2017 Southern Excellence Awards. These awards aim to acknowledge and applaud the people in property, the crusaders who have paved the way and whose vision will shape our cities and towns for future generations. Coming together as the property industry, the awards night will recognise and celebrate outstanding leadership and innovation in the South Island industry - promising you a truly spectacular night!

Last year's awards sold out; bringing together over 530 property professionals from throughout the mainland, attracting dozens of nominations and awarding eight outstanding individuals and teams. But we know there are more exemplary professionals out there, and are calling on YOU to think about those peers and colleagues who deserve to be recognised and celebrated.

We don't believe in cutting down tall poppies; we believe in recognition for a job well done.

Tickets are limited; we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.


Nomination 

The Southern Excellence Awards celebrate the people in property; recognising excellence in leadership and innovation in the South Island property industry whilst celebrating outstanding contributions to the industry and economy. Both members and non-members of Property Council are also eligible to be nominated for an award.

The judging panel will assemble to assess the entries after the close of submissions at 5:00pm on Friday 15 September 2017. The judging panel is made up of the following highly-respected local professionals; Sir Bob Parker, Peter Mence, Debra Buckley, Tracey Chambers and Graeme McDonald. Please find specific entry requirements for each award and further details in the nomination pack.
