Ken Morrison is the Chief Executive of the Property Council of Australia, the national representative of the property industry, an industry that is the nation’s largest single industry and employs 1.4 million Australians, more than mining and manufacturing combined.
CEO, JLL | President, Property Council Australia
Stephen Conry AM is the CEO of JLL, Australia’s largest commercial property services firm and the first global property firm to establish in Australia. He commenced his career with JLL in 1982, was appointed a Director in 1989 and Managing Director for Queensland in 1996. In 2000 joined the Australian Board and was appointed an International Director of the firm and he has served in various national leadership roles. He was appointed CEO for Australia and to the Asia Pacific Board in 2009. He has been President of the Property Council of Australia, having served on the Board since 2014, and a member of the Property Male Champions of Change. He is a Board Member of Redkite, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2019, Stephen was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for his significant service to the commercial property sector and to the community.

Leonie Freeman is a well-respected industry leader and Chief Executive of Property Council New Zealand. She has extensive experience in the New Zealand property industry, having held top positions in both the public and private sector. From creating the concept of what is now realestate.co.nz, to buying and transforming her own residential property management business, being employed as a strategic property advisor during the establishment of the new Auckland Council, and as General Manager of Asset Development for Housing New Zealand, there’s not many areas of property that Leonie has not touched.
Chief Executive, Goodman | National President, Property Council New Zealand
John is responsible for all aspects of Goodman Group’s New Zealand business including the management of Goodman Property Trust. With an industrial portfolio valued at $3.1 billion and a market capitalisation of around $2.8 billion it is the NZX’s largest listed property entity. John has been the CEO of Goodman NZ for more than 15 years and prior to this he held senior roles in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. His career has included asset management, investment management, property and corporate transactions, research and valuation. He is a member of the Goodman Group Operations Committee, a Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited and a Champion For Change advocate.
