Member Webinar | Property Tax 2021 Explained
Buying or selling business assets? Find out how new tax rules for purchase price allocation will affect you. Join Helen Johnson, Tax Lead at PwC Legal as she delivers a presentation on the forthcoming tax rules for purchase price allocation.
If you are buying or selling commercial property, you need to be aware of important tax changes expected to come into play from 1 April 2021. Parties to a transaction will need to take consistent tax positions for deals entered into after this date. These new rules may significantly alter a transaction’s value, and the consequences of non-compliance may be severe.
In this session, you will receive:
- A brief heads up on the changes
- An overview of why they are important
- Practical advice on what to do to prepare
- Live Q&A with our speaker.
This is an ideal session for property owners, lawyers, and investors who may already be aware of the new rules, but have a question or two to ask.
