Dunedin | 2018 Market Outlook
Please join us for our inaugural Dunedin Market Outlook panel discussion which will focus on the latest economic predictions and will explore their impact on the city’s commercial property market. Primary topics to be addressed:
- What are you seeing in terms of property yields and the continued suppression across the country?
- Will increasing land cost, resource consents, building compliance and build materials cease the development equation from working?
- What will be the impact on heritage building owners if business moves to the waterfront, and what affect will this have on Dunedin’s industry and the availability of industrial land?
- How will existing commercial building infrastructure be supported if resources are absorbed into the university and new hospital projects?
The panel discussion will be followed by cocktails and networking.
Please register by Tuesday 23 October 2018.
Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements.
