Christchurch | Annual Market Summit 2020
Always a firm favourite, this year's Market Summit is more pertinent than ever, with the property industry and the wider economy left reeling from the ongoing impact of COVID-19.
To kick-off, Westpac Chief Economist Dominick Stephens will take us on an economic journey through the past 12 months of turmoil and beyond, then Colliers International's Director of Valuation and Advisory Services, Gary Sellars, will share the major sales and statistics of the Canterbury market for 2020.
This event will cover:
- The economic outlook for New Zealand in a COVID-19 world.
- An overview of the Christchurch investment property market including an update on the office leasing market and trends, the hospitality scene, the industrial market and other related drivers and trends.
- The impact of COVID-19 on the local market.
A must-attend for anyone wanting the inside scoop on the Canterbury commercial property market, take this opportunity to absorb the information you simply can't get anywhere else.
Due to COVID-19 Alert Level 2 restrictions, tickets to this event were limited to 100 people in the first instance. As of 22 September, this ticket allocation has been extended with further tickets now available. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate these uncertain times.
