Join us for a tour of the PwC Tower as we find out more about the ambitious Commercial Bay project from those who shaped this incredible property.

Commercial Bay offers more than 120 retailers across fashion, food and beverage, beauty and specialty retail, bringing together the largest concentration of high-quality local and international retailers to the heart of Auckland city.

The transformational mixed-use precinct is also home to an estimated 10,000 workers housed in the striking new PwC Tower and the adjacent connected buildings. The future redevelopment of One Queen Street will make Commercial Bay the largest mixed use precinct in the city centre.

A note about COVID

While we will do everything in our power to bring this event to you as a face-to-face experience, should the situation change and restrictions on event numbers fluctuate due to government restrictions, we may be forced to take this event online or change the format. Speakers 

Scott Pritchard

CEO, Precinct Properties

Scott has led the team at Precinct Properties since 2010 being responsible for the overall strategy and operations of Precinct. Scott has extensive experience in property funds management, development and asset management.

His previous experience includes various property roles with NZX-listed entities Goodman Property Trust, Auckland International Airport Limited and Urbus Properties Limited. Scott holds a Masters degree in Management from Massey University. He is a member of the Property Council’s national council and a trustee of the Keystone Property Trust and the Tania Dalton Foundation.

Blair Johnston

Principal, Warren and Mahoney

Blair is a Director of Warren and Mahoney Architects and leads the Creative Portfolio across the practice. Blair has led the overall architectural team on the masterplanning, design and delivery phases of Commercial Bay over the last 8 years. Blair specializes in large scale mixed use urban regeneration projects including Commercial Bay, the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct and the Te Toangaroa masterplan for the Eastern waterfront. Blair is a national and international award winning architect who is passionate about delivering world class, design-led architectural outcomes that are recognisably ‘of their place’, and which respond to New Zealand’s unique environment, culture, and geography.

Cecilia Burgess

COO, PwC

As Chief Operating Officer of PwC, Cecilia is responsible for the daily operations of the firm, providing business efficiency and alignment.
Cecilia was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Bell Gully, for seven and half years, where she was responsible for drafting and implementing their strategic plan, as well as the overall management of the firm's business support services. Her prior experience has been with professional services firms internationally in senior management roles, primarily focussed on Business Development. Her experience spans working in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK with Minter Ellison and Linklaters.

Submission of your registration indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions. Click to read these in full.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to each attendee and an invoice/receipt will be sent to the purchaser upon check out. Please note that credit is offered to Property Council New Zealand members only, with non-members required to pay in full upon check out via credit card or POLi direct bank transfer.

Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person by notifying the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund will be made providing notification is received in writing at least one week prior to the event (please note that this may not be applicable for national events or Awards functions). After this date, no refunds are available. If, for reasons beyond the control of Property Council New Zealand, the event is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Property Council New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove from the premises any person at their sole and absolute discretion.
