Property Council New Zealand is inviting members to take part in a new series of regional workshops as we begin shaping our 2026–2029 Strategic Plan — and your voice matters.

Seven years ago, extensive member consultation helped set Property Council on a path of transformational change. Since then, two strategic plans have strengthened our leadership, advocacy, communications and member value. Now, as our industry faces new challenges and opportunities, it’s time to look ahead again.

These workshops are your opportunity to help shape the organisation’s future direction — from advocacy priorities and policy focus, to how we best represent and support the property sector across Aotearoa. Whether your interests lie in planning reform, infrastructure, sustainability, housing or regional issues, your insights will directly inform the decisions that guide our work.

Each session will be a collaborative forum for open discussion, constructive feedback and future-focused ideas. We encourage members from across the industry — developers, investors, planners, consultants and allied professionals — to be part of the conversation.

By taking part, you’ll be contributing to a shared vision for the future of New Zealand’s property sector and helping ensure Property Council continues to deliver strong advocacy, meaningful leadership and real value for members.
